You are there for me when I am crying,
And in you I console.
You support me in my time of need,
When I require reassurance.
You comfort me in my tragedies,
When I can’t find another friend.
You still love me,
When I do wrong,
While others turn away.
You encourage my joyous times,
When others find envy in me.
You stand beside me,
And protect me,
Even when danger is near.
When life starts to crash down around me,
I know that I can turn to you.
When I need someone,
Who will help and be trusted,
