What's inside of me does it glitter like gold?

Take a sneak peek just to see the real me

to whom I express my individuality

through this personality and yet Im just an entity

That manifests through flesh is how it's suppose to be

I have so many flaws you would think I had it all,

I stand tall because this is the skin that I am in.

It's hard living life in the skin that I'm in

Looking for acceptance all the wrong places

because all the world wants is a bunch of pretty faces

It's really hard to be me in a world so cold

We all want to be grown,

no matter how old

Having too much pride is what makes us too bold

Don't jugde a book by it's cover is what they say,

but we've all helped in bringing down the human race

but never take the time out to help resolve them
