She is the scariest thing in this world. She has the power to make me the happiest girl on the planet or crush me down until I felt nothing; and while I had her, I experienced both. But, I had made a promise to her that I could never break. I had to put my pain behind me, put all my feelings aside and keep that promise alive. All that she had given me -- the experiences, the lessons, the feelings -- would not be wasted. I could not change my entire life on one heartbreak, and stop hoping that I am meant to, destined to, mean something to someone somewhere. I will continue to put myself out there and risk getting hurt. I will continue to fall head over heels for the girl in sight. I will continue to feel pain because that is better than feeling nothing at all. I will keep my promise to her and never give up on anyone, on anything, especially not on myself.
