I know someone who loves me

Who will never leave my side

Who will always have my back

And He has nothing to really hide

 

He sacrificed His Son

So that I shall not die

But believing in Him

Will give me eternal life

 

Although I cannot see Him

Or hear him as you can me

I know that He exists

Because of what he has done for me

 

I love Him because He loved me first

He formed me perfectly the way I am

And with His help I know I can do

Pretty much anything with the Great I Am

 

So I know that I am just a boy

filled with hopes and ambitions

But without the help of my LORD

I'm just another kid running around with no permission

 

Everything is worthless

Without the help of God

But if you accept His help

Then you won't become a fraud

 

God provides my strength

And encourages my passions

And He is always looking out for me

And teaching me important lessons

 

So think about what to do

Or what to even say

But remeber that He died for you

On that horrible, dreadful day

 

He did this to save us

So we shall not be condemned

And to have us live with Him

Forever in the end.
