As I struggle to contain my emotions;

My heart is speaking to you

And I've come to realize how much I care for you.

my soul and yes, even my spouse.

And unaffectionate lovers that wore a façade,

Laced with poison dreams and romance

That was meant to kill the rose before it blooms?

 

Is constantly fighting me

As I try to break free from the shackles of

Disappointments and heartbreaks.

 

Now you have come into my life,

Release the shackles that held me captive

As waves of emotions overcome me

and now I can no longer contain them.

 

So here I am, alone with you;

My heart beating strong

And speaking to the one I adore.

 

Listen with your heart

and you shall know

That the times I'm with you

Feels like I'm in Heaven.

 

There's so much I want to share with you.

Not only just friendship but also

My mind, my heart, and my soul.

 

I want to share my world and my life with you.
