my flow

I've been wanting to cry.
Wanting to let it all out.
but I need not punch and pout
Or to just scream and shout.
Inside I dive into a flow.
More gentle than a stream.
where my rhymes just row,
Threw an electronic screen.
Where my sorrows, anguish, and pain
Fall threw my brain like metal rain.
Where my joy, humor, and love fly threw my eyes like doves.
So holding my breath
Into my flow I dive
Catch me on the flip side
When all my worries are lost in the tide.
