“I’m not a boaster, I’m more of a lover”

That is what you would say,

Why does it feel like you’re telling a lie?

It’s like you’re running away

You’re strong with words but weak in action

Why can’t you walk the talk?

I want to see the real you, my dear

Accept me, I beg you, don’t block.

All the memories that we had together

Was it all but just a waste?

The six years that you’ve waited for me

Just for you to bring disgrace

I can’t see you in my future

No family, no love, no kid

My heart is growing as weary

Like a fire dying from a lid

It hurts to see you’re unfaithful

It hurts me having to cry

I hope our separation

Helped you realize it’s over, “goodbye”

I found someone that’s more faithful

The one I had in the past

I hope you see the things he does

Because I know “he is my last”
