mothers words

Location

What I’ll miss the most is her sweet word
Mama sang me a song and i swore i wouldn't forget it
Now I’m looking up to god begging him to remind me of every single lyric
She told me to keep my head held high
So now when I walk all I see is the sky
But after that part all I do is cry
And cry and cry
All I do is cry
Cause mama said something else
But oh my I forget it
Cause back then I refused, oh I refused to hear it
Now all I do is regret it
She can’t tell me cause she’s not here to say it
Mothers word mothers words god please replay it
Let me hear her voice sing those sweet melodies
Let me touch her let me see her
God I’m begging on my knees
Take me home, take me home but I’m not I a haste
Cause you left me with my mother’s grace
So I’ll make up my own trying to replace it with hers
But nothing is like
Your mother’s words
