Morning After

The morning after always brings more satisfaction than the previous night.

Feeling like gods as the sunlight illuminates our copper skin

Air, thick with content

The bed is our treehouse, encompassing intertwined limbs

My smooth back, your strong chest

Anchoring each other’s body from joining our spirits in the clouds.
