Money hungry

Location

The aches and pains surging through the eyes of the reader

A wall building everyday higher and higher blocking the skies

The dreamers bow their heads

Dollar signs in their eyes they ask for only one thing

The dreamers bow their heads

Forced to work and deal with the weight they crumble at their knees

The schools turn their backs

Big ideas in their heads and they scream them at the max their lungs will allow

The schools close their windows

Feeling the betrayal they build and build till their fingers ache with pain

The heads glare through the windows

Finally—at last—they have a home

Their walls crumble to the floor with age through time

The school for dreamer’s leaves their doors open

The skies are once again open and skies the limit
