In a Million Years

I met you not long ago
I knew I loved you from the start
But never in a million years
Did I think that I would be with you
Never in a million years did I know that I'd fall in love with my best friend
Never in a million years did I think
That I would long to be your wife
Never in a million years did I think that I would want to have your children
Never in a million years did I think that we'd make it this far

But that was then and this is now
It's been half a year
And in a million years I know I'll still love you
In a million years I will be by your side
In a million years I'll keep pushing you to eat your vegetables
In a million years I'll remember the first time you held my hand
In a million years I'll remember our first concert
In a million years I'll remember our first New Years Eve
In a million years I'll remember our first Valentines Day
In a million years I'll remember the night you asked to me be your girlfriend
In a million years I'll remember our beach date
In a million years I'll remember my first trip to Havasu
In a million years I will remember all of the beautiful moments you created for me
In a million years I will promise to keep loving you

Do you promise to love me
in a million years?
