Memories Of a Millennium
By : Joshua S. Williams
To all my friends "we made it so far together" ,
living the fun and tragedies that I'll remember forever.
I visualized our moments in my dreams when I sleep
You were special to me because "we we're always cool peeps."
With your support "I faced society in high school"
Known as "the boy always thinks he's cool".
Despite "being a little crazy" "I was a good friend with a good sense of humor."
It's like that old saying I grow on people like a tumor.
You saw who I really was , just a "friendly guy" I "won't ever
change my personality" until the day I die.
"I'll keep my spirit , and dancing" as well continue making you smile.
"We did what we had to do and walked down the graduation aisle"
Thank you for wishing me "good luck in college."
It will be a long journey in adult hood so I'll gain more knowledge.
I'll do what I can to "be a better Josh"
, but you didn't hear the last of "your homeboy Splosh!"
The road I'm taking will be hard , yet I know I can survive
Easy mode is over it's time to "go hard on life!"
