Megara's Home

No chance, no way

I won't say I'm in love

But not because I don't want to

Rather

How would I know?

A damsel in distress?

Can't relate

Fending for myself

A means of survival

Rather than choice

Hercules and his strength

Trying to go home

Home

Is Hercules my home?

No

Home is where the heart is

He's earth and heaven to me

He needs to get home

His parents await him

His parents

I can't take that away from him

Get a grip, girl

The Muse Aunties advise me

When they've let me into their home

How can I let them down?

Hercules' family

I wish for my own

His God-like strength is enough

For the both of us

It's not in my place

I thought my heart had learned its lesson

Maybe I'll leave my heart with him

I'll make my own home

For now

At least out loud

I won't say I'm in love
