Meditation
Meditation has always been
So very hard for me
Whether finding the motivation
Or keeping my mind
From running so fast
That I never find the peace
But I have found
That meditation is like
Working the muscles in your mind
It may be difficult at first
But the more that you do it
The easier it gets
And trust me
Meditation is worth it
It helps calm your mind
It helps bring you peace
Peace that you can bring with you
For the whole rest of your day
It takes you inward
And brings you stillness
Remember that even if your mind wanders
You just bring it back to your breathe
Bring yourself back to the stillness
And back to the peace
And you can do this
At any moment throughout your day
Just pause,
Close your eyes
And focus on your breathing
And you will experience
A massive change
Within your daily life
