I consider myself to be a little strange

With thoughts always racing through my head

I consider myself a dork because of my passions

Things I love inspire me to write down what I once said

Different cultures interest me because I believe in unity

Within this life are all kinds of happiness with all kinds of beauty

Beauty within writing is fun to express

I write for fun and because it relieves stress

I sing in foreign languages because I enjoy learning their beautiful meaning

Writing poetry lets me talk to the world about anything

I hope they smile and feel delight as they read each word

Because as I write each line I wonder if people will think my writing absurd
