I am lost

Out in the unknown

Poeople all around me

Yet inside I feel alone

Thoughts and emotions

Too hard to express

They threaten to engulf me

Leaving my heart and mind in a mess

Does anybody know?

Does anyone care?

My insides are screaming

Can't anyone hear?

Plastering a smile on my face

I put on a brave front

Yet for inner contentment

I am on the hunt
