Living Image

I only wish to be, what she wants me to be..

The woman of my word,

The strong willed young lady in her eyes,

The woman who will change the world,

But my doubts start to submerge me..

My thoughts begin to thin out,

I start to worry until I found the vital solution..

I'm breaking the surface,

She's coming to my mind,

Her struggles and perseverance sweep my mind,

She guides me to be:

The woman of my word,

The strong willed young lady in her eyes,

The woman who will change the world.

My doubts are not submerging me because

I realized..

I am my mother's child,

I am strong willed, and loving

And for the first time i think:

..I will become, and forever be, the living image of my mother
