Lion in the Plain

Lion Lion in the plain,
Giant paws and golden mane,
Licks his lips craving meat,
Scans the plain for prey to eat.

Lion Lion stands so proud.
His roar is mighty, heard out loud.
It carries through the barren veldt,
So strong and bold it can be felt.
