Life's A Dream

He's got the charm of a devil,
smile to prove it.
She's got a mind full of fate,
heart to win it.
I've got a life full of time and no one to spend it on.
Oh, do you have seal of the soul that I used to know?
Or can I be free from my past reality?
My life is a dream,
a perspective in the making made future gleam of who I am and who I want to be,
an A.B.C abductee, intitutionalized ET
A.B.C.'s didn't come easily in the dream as a prophesied academic hide over the shoulder of a long lost tribe.
Well that's not my vibe.
Sands shiftin',
Shadows missin',
A blank slate to paint the saint in the making.
Saint of never knowing or showing the true view of the hell he's been through.
Call me a thief,
but I've got teeth to beef back the attack from your mental map of racial crap.
I'm two-in-one,
innocent and holy,
you'll never hold me.
That's why I'd rather quit this cold,
make it bold,
turn these dreams into gold.
