Les Misèrables

Sliver rain falls from an endless diamond sky

Never dreaming of an eternal life

Red seas of blood bring upon strife

Sunshine of the night begins to die

The people sing though none seem to hear

Common grounds are like marbled stone

Sorrow fills their once joyful tones

They do not spill even a single tear

Stand ground and cry for justice

Grab all arms and fire at foe

Loved ones now forever sleep and hearts feel woe

These people are us, they are Les Misèrables
