Just because I'm White

Just because I’m White

Just because I’m white

Doesn’t mean I’m rich

Doesn’t mean I’m racist

And doesn’t mean I don’t face discrimination

Just because I’m white

Doesn’t mean I don’t have a heritage

Doesn’t mean I only speak english

And doesn’t mean I don’t have an accent

Just because I’m white

Doesn’t mean it’s not painful to be categorized by color

Doesn’t mean that you’re not racist calling me “white”

And doesn’t mean I’m a white supremacist

Why is using the term “white” different than using other colored terms?

Why are our schools acting biased by just categorizing a person as “white” and not by our true ethnicity?

Why is our would allowing this type of racism?
