It's These Things. . .

Location

It's the scent of burning fuel,

And the sound of pounding pistons.

The hurricane that caresses he face,

As you roar out of the final corner.

It's the origin of the ripple of laughter,

As well as the ripple itself.

The ripple of Mary, David, and Celine,

And the others in the sea of a sad world.

It's the reason of my smile,

And my nitrous-injected heart.

The sunlight of my day and moonlight of night.

The magnificent beauty I call Jada.

These are the things that warms me,

And gift me with a thing people call happiness.
