Ineffable

I cannot wrap my head around your existence.

Not something as delicate as a butterfly’s wing, or overwhelming as the presence of death in the fall

Entices my brain the way you do.

Fully clothed and unadulterated, it isn’t your appearance that seduces me.

For however long you spend silent, I spend twice as long tantalized. You don’t need words.

Although when you use them, stars are born and raging seas can become calm.

Below my tongue are words unknown, trapped by a language barrier

Little to do with translation, everything to do with the way you

Easily defy any sort of description.
