Indecision

Indecision guiding me to the edge,

Struggling between what I do feel, and don't.

A string to pull to keep me off the ledge;

Knowing that what I want to do, I won't.

Stuck in between, paints pictures of a dream.

Wrecking my life but also wrecking yours.

All the words I speak to you, I mean.

These foreign feelings simulate downpours.

But it's my happiness that's on the line.

So I will choose to do what hurts me less.

I, the boat, and you, the current this time;

Beating on, but it's what I think is best.

Risks are taken no matter what I do.

Danger cast aside, what I choose is you.
