If I'm Me, Who's That?

I know who I am

For better or for worse

Sometimes it is a blessing

At others it's a curse

If I am me and you are you

Then who could that be over there

Standing in my place

And giving me that glare

If I am me and you are you

Then what could that person be thinking

The one who copies everything I do

The one whose eyes when they see me are twinkling

If I am me and you are you

Then who could be causing my strife

The one spending time with my hobbies

As I contemplate this strange life

If I am me and you are you

Then I know who the person must be

Someone with blind delusions

Who cannot say I like me for me
