I Will Run Away

I Will Run Away

I always stay strong to be your rock in a way.

But now I must run

From this pain I have brought

My castle of stone eroded away.

To reveal a weak glass a pebble could break.

Your tear the pebble thrown at the glass.

To make me break down as it rolls down your face.

My broken pieces left in my wake.

Now I must run from this twisted fate.

I brought this on myself but I cannot stay.

I am sorry but your rock has faded away.

Now I am sorry but I

Must run away.

TwistedFang

I made this in light of my ex who will not be named. She was a toxic partner and I'm glad she's now out of my life.
