History 101

Sun, 05/05/2013 - 21:30 -- ksu2012

If I was standing on top a cliff,
Would you push me off or pull me in tight?
Or would you do nothing at all,
Except stare off into the night.
My past issues would scare you,
That's why I'll never tell.
But if it ever comes down to it,
Would you cry if I fell?
I hope you would stop me,
That is, if you can.
The signs might not be there,
Just an inpromptu plan.
Right now is a good day,
Who knows how long it'll last.
It's not the future that scares me,
But could you save me from my past?
