Hey There Beautiful

Thu, 04/18/2013 - 15:37 -- sldavey

I said hey there beautiful;
You know how much
you mean to me.
I said hey there beautiful;
Smile just once more for me.
I said hey there beautiful,
Take my pain away,
And never leave my side (evermore)

I saw her walkin’ down the street.
Yeah, and I was runnin,
Runnin to met her again.
She said, "hey there sam"
And flashed me a big white grin.
And I said,

hey there beautiful;
You know how much
you mean to me.
I said hey there beautiful;
Smile just once more for me.
I said hey there beautiful,
Take my pain away,
And never leave my side (evermore)

The two of us were standing.
Standin, holdin hands;
And, I looked in your eyes,
And you smiled back at me.
And, our lips clums'ly met;
Was like I'd died, oh,
And gone high to h'ven.

And I sang,
hey there beautiful;
You know how much
you mean to me
I said hey there beautiful;
Smile just once more for me.
I said hey there beautiful,
Take my pain away,
And never leave my side (evermore)

So I whisper'd to her ear.
I said, "you know what you mean to me?"
"Cause I can't keep quiet, no more"
I said, "I love you more than the sun n' moon"
"Or the rain or the stars"
"'Cause without you, my baby"
"They'd be too dark to see"

And she sang,
hey there Samuel;
You know how much
you mean to me
I said hey there Samuel
Smile just once more for me.
I said hey there Samuel,
Take my pain away,
And never leave my side again.

Hey there beautiful;
You know how much
you mean to me.
I said hey there beautiful;
Smile just once more for me.
I said hey there beautiful,
Take my pain away,
And never leave my side (evermore)
