Her New World & Mine

A soft summer wind
Blowing by me constantly
An unchanged peace

A masked gray murmur
The Sun has gone now, rain falls
She is calling me

"Close your eyes, sweet child"
Her voice is salty caramel
Depressing comfort

It's obvious now
Rain stills as she wipes her eyes
She will be gone soon

"I love you" she sobs
The engine cranks, I'm alone
Rain falls frantically

It is all her fault.
SHE left ME in aching tears.
This is all my fault.
