For the hatred of mankind

I cannot help but blame them for it all
This may not be if they each had a mind
In the end they are to blame for their fall

My kind attempts to persecute itself
Not understanding that this will breed pain
Thinking all it has to lose, on a shelf
Believing there are only things to gain

Mankind stands by and wonders why they burn
And at the same time keep stoking the flame
Eventually it will be their turn
And finally take their part of the blame

In this way mankind has ensured it's doom
So I stand by and watch the hatred bloom
