Hate

Gods of many names over centuries of existance

all preach the same thing

love each other

forgive each other

take care of each other.

I walk with christ and I read some scriptures

I've seen old stories of Norse, of Roman, and Greek

I've heard of those whose love is science

And I live with people who always want to preach.

I see people condemn, and I see those condemned

All judge, all are judged, we can't see each other the same.

So what would I change?

I love you, because you are you

Not because you love Jesus like I do

Not because Muhammed is your phrophet

Not because Pluto, or Zeus, or Odin

It's not your god or no god, that's not it.

It's because I love life, and family

I love you, because you love the same as me.

So I want to change these things

lonliness, pain, seperation, and suffuring

It takes just one and many steps

but I know I won't feel any regrets

If we all love the same

then why can't the hatred change?

I chose to change in me

the desire, or the need

to jugde those different than me

and praise you all for your individuality

I know to most, talk is cheap

but conviction gives strength to words that are weak.

one man can change the world, you don't need the world to see

So let's all make changes in ourselves, for you and for me...

for everybody.
