Happy Endings - Narrative

There was once a cute baby dragon

Who was in every way like a dragon

Except for one thing, that it cannot fly

Its wings torn. it will never reach the sky

What is a dragon that cannot fly?

The baby dragon starts to whine and cry

Spitting out a column of fiery flames

It knows that it will never be that same

This story will never have a happy ending

Those happy ones are fake and never ending

No magical miracles will change what happens

To the miserable and distressed ones

So is life, where nothing is ever perfect

Despair will find you, and upon you, it will inflict

So the dragon will be filled with eternal pain

Nothing will change it, neither sunshine nor rain
