A Good Guy

His smile was the perfect disguise

Oh, how he seemed like such a good guy

But here you are now, with a black eye

He is twisting your words, telling you lies

Beating you down, making you cry

Wishing you would just die

All he does is dispise the look in your eyes

When he calls don’t reply

Don’t let him convince you to comply

Don’t listen to all his whys

You deserve someone who won’t get mad when you cry

Someone who won’t always question why

Someone who won’t tell you lies

You shouldn’t question your worth

For you have so many perks
