Going Home

Fri, 05/08/2020 - 20:38 -- Mark27

And it’s there they met, once more to hold,

To laugh and love in each other’s fold.

On the far shores you can hear loud cries

Of happiness and reunion, no more sad goodbyes.

Tir na nÓg, the land of youth, where no one grows old,

Only song, music and stories that are once again told.

It’s a happy place, with no pain or sorrow, Where one does not wish upon tomorrow.

Time stands still here in eternity’s bliss,

And when your time comes,

We’ll welcome you with open arms and a gentle kiss.

Our family is broken and to you nothing seems the same,

But as we are called here, one by one our family will be whole once again.
