Games for All
Once upon a time there was this special land
And it wasn't at all bland.
It was as magical as Disneyland.
Music could be heard from the pixie band
And you officially become a part of fairyland.
Where it is believed you have multiple hands
And wore specific armored brands.
There is green all around and little sand.
Where you lift a sword and make a stand
Because only you will understand
This mystical, magical, wonderful land.
Where saving damsels is a breeze
And you swing and climb in the tall trees
Or you can own a store that makes cheese.
Where often you survive from horrible disease
And attempt to live where you won't freeze.
You can go from village to village putting ease
On people who are never pleased.
You ward off animals with rabies
And catch colds that make you sneeze.
Sitting back because you've started to wheeze
And find people you can tease.
Welcome one, welcome all!
Trying to make friends so you won't brawl
And going out to play baseball.
When you fail you attempt to call
For help you know might be your downfall
So you'll get away through a crawl
Just so you won't be mauled.
Trying to survive through nightfall
And wearing a purple girl's shawl.
Jumping over a great wall
Going home so tired you'll fall.
You suffer and survive
Making it to the end alive
And as the evil comes to thrive
Your mom comes in and kills your high.
"Computers off, it's time for school"
And you get up sighing and saying "That's so uncool"
Your game and fun is over now
Because your mom won't allow
But you'll be ready and so you vow
You'll beat the level and stand
In that place, that special land.
