Fruitless

2 Corinthians 9:6

6 Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop.

What if you didn’t sow at all?

Go to the field my son ... it already has been plowed.

Take some seeds to plant ... and I will bring rain.

Oh! For goodness sake my son ... are you just too tired?

Well why don’t you go to bed ... and tomorrow try again.

Yesterday you did the same ... is there something wrong?

You look pretty healthy ... and you did not miss a meal.

Maybe it is with me my son ... am I not a good father?

I give you all that’s needed ... what do you really feel?

The field is full of weeds my son ... should I plow it again?

You haven’t planted any seeds ... and you’re not getting any stronger.

I’ll plow it one more time ... maybe your neighbor will come along

and plant seeds where you could have ... I can’t trust you any longer.
