The changes are occuring

The season are flowing

The girls are all working out, while the boys run about

She looks in the mirror and what does she see?

Not a beautiful girl of only 17,

The problem is not her, the problem you can not see

The problem is the media and all the magazines.

I wish you knew how special you were, that your body should be your temple

That what you choose to do with it does not make you any less special.

Changing things are hard, but a revolution is occuring.

Girls are eating less and cycle is unnerving

If I could change one thing, It would not be for me,

It would be for all of those girls, not yet 17

Treat your body like fine china,

it's the only one you get.
