There may be bags under my eyes,

but that's to be expected

when you work nights.

And my hair is never styled,

who has the time?

I tie it into a knot and dive

into homework to be done,

and work

and sleep.

Each day is a victory.

A step closer to that degree.

So, I work, study, eat, sleep,

Repeat. 

And this beautiful cycle

is perfect to me.
