Fear of Loosing Us

I wouldn't change a thing

about this horrible and beautiful world.

Sure, it's full of stupid, terrible monsters

But they mix with the wonderful and exciting,

so much so that

I can't tell them apart.

The world is not perfect,

and neither are we.

The  ugliness of this place we call home

is what makes us human

So I wouldn't change a thing,

in fear of losing us.
