Extended hand

Thu, 06/17/2021 - 15:25 -- mrapook

From underneath a plush flora bed
Gaea emerges tranquil grassy faced
flowery dreadlocks hang from her head
from underground and her outstretched hand
waterfall refreshing, a pond being fed,
peaceful emergence decorates the land
gentle Mother’s gardens graciously spread
colorful creations and much brighter than
this earth she grooms and so embeds,
no matter how somber she seems to be
her will is strong and shall never bend
receding back within the ground
reappearing elsewhere, her hand extends.
