EVER HAD A D & M

ever had a deep and meaningful?

and you actually made some sense;

of what you were discussing

with your inner self,

or you have just thought

I’m a just like to argue type of being,

who never makes a point,

or ever gets it right

in a daily internal drudgery.

but whatever is the outcome,

of this inner daily struggle

to keep me on an even keel.

for I’ve found there’s more to life,

than quarrelling to control

the innersole of one.
