Do you even care?
Location
You're supposed to leave us happy, filled with joy and knowledge, yet you're telling us we won't make it in college.
You sit behind that desk and tell us what to do, but you honestly don't care about us, do you?
People are hurting everyday, all these students walking by your way.
And we take a little of your time, and there you are, thinking its a crime.
No one wants to admit it, buts its true. Bullying, pregnany, kids on drugs and alcohol fills our school.
No wonder, some teachers just look right through me and you.
Of course there are those who care, but then there are those who just sit and stare.
Students draw funny faces of you being evil and crude, don't like it? Don't act like it, that's how they perceive you.
It might be okay in the end, when they realize they're not just hurting me and you, but themselves too.
We try to touch your heart, but its been turned to stone, from all these years of being alone.
All you do is yell and bello, like a un-tuned chello.
Giving us tests and quizzes on stuff we haven't learned, to fail us, and make us look unconcerned.
If you don't like kids why teach? You could always retire and go to the beach.
