Digital Dope By NeecHy Most

In the morning I wake up needing you

You are my fix

Without you I contract a sickness

Where are you ?

I've grown accustomed to having you in my palms

It's like you flow through the veins in my arm

And I get a euphoric feeling

You are my drug

The Zuckerbergs of the world deal it.

I tweak for your tweets

I skitz for your post

At work I I hurt if I can't search for you

You've become an epidemic

The new high

The fiends are outside

Trying to cop your wi-fi

Why ?

You are that digital dope

That hope

That the hopeless need to cope

You make my eyes roll back

I long to buy a bag of that social media

Those samples that you put out keeps the block flooded

I'll sell my soul for just an Instagram of you

You're a ten

You woo me

I put you in a tube with a needle and shoot it

Then become at peace with myself like deuces

There's no rehab for those who use it

Just as long as computers get booted

And a phone has its usage

Us addicts will have to have it

To us you're more important

Than incoming traffic on the highway

Instead of looking at the road

I have my head down

Partaking in a digital nod

Forgetting that , if my car collides

Myself and others might die

But Ahhh!

What would I do without you ?

You are that digital dope

The whole world knows about you....
