Dialogue on Changing the World

Mon, 02/17/2014 - 21:17 -- CJ007

You:
No force can render the Tameless tame
yet something feels hindered.
What needs to change?

Me:
What is perfect, but imperfection?
Order from unanimous defection?
Is the World a mere toy upon a shelf?
What right, have I, to shackle Its imagination,
When It can change itself?

In two decades worth, a paltry sum at best,
I have seen so much be put to test,
And so much change in natural accord
that renders me too enamored to invest
on any will to further change this world.

You see, for I am yet young and wide-eyed
Tho by Life, indeed, I have been tried
I have seen the "unceasing" cease to be
and by such physics, subtely applied
I would change neither world nor me.

No force can render the Tameless tame
For the mind is the shackled,
the subject to change.
