Defining a Need
Something in these walls- Intangible yet present Below the floor falls As I fall in tandem- Hands grab me away Clutched out of harm Back again silhouettes stand around me Taking shape they help me Little by little their faces appear Just as I learn who they are The faces do not frighten me Instead they comfort me As my own indistinct silhouette Shows who I am I live for people
