Decisions

Location

Safe on the comfort of land,

Surrounded by open sea,

The vastness drawing attention,

Longer settled on the rock,

The greater desire to explore the sea,

One day he left his rock,

His love and safety,

Just to see,

How it enthralled and provoked emotion.

Engulfed by the ocean land was now blurred.

And as quick as that,

No longer was he man, but a remnant of the sea.

No longer inviting,

Unforgiving,

He was now without a home and lost at sea.
