I am so afraid of being wrong

Not saying 2+2=3

But of being so damn wrong in who I am

So damn wrong in my choices

I think and think and think

But never come up with who I am

I think I know one day

The next I am opposite

God please send help

Send me a map of myself

Let me know who I am

I work endlessly

I loaf for hours

I snap to attention

I drift like a leaf

I’m lost

And I suppose if I don’t care where I’m going, any path can take me there
