Wishing upon peace, 

hoping no one sees me,

Taking a deep breath,

hoping no one hears me,

Walking through school campus vastly,

having fear of being stopped,

Smiling, but speaking no words,

having no way of communicating,

Feeling helpless,

because no one understands

Take me to the light,

where I'll be alright,

where my voice will be heard,

to let them know I'm here,

To let it be known I'm a college kid in Darkness,
