don't go in there.

 

don't enter that dark and scary place

once you enter, you may never leave

 

it is a place that shows you every catastrophic outcome possible

it is a place that will crowd around every inch of your body

to emphasize how tiny and weak you may be

 

it is a place that is desolate and cold

cold to the point where your body is burning from the intense freezing atmosphere

cold to the point where the burning is like being stabbed

all over your weak naked self

 

it is a place that is blindingly dark

you cannot tell

whether or not your eyes are open or closed

 

it is a place that will always remind you of the loneliness

nothingness

coldness that you will feel

 

it is a place

that exists within my head

I am in that place

everyday

and despite my desperate attempts to escape

it never lets me leave
