Crammed with Confusion

I sit in my class surrounded by numbers

Waiting for an explanation, but still ending with wonders

How does this work, and what to do next

Why does math have to be so complex?

“You should remember this” a phase I hear often

But much of my knowledge my brain has forgotten

My mind is filled, it feels so jammed,

With equations and words I don’t understand

While raising my hand I hope I get called,

I think my questions are why my teacher is bald

A class room crammed with confusion can not succeed,

But with more explanations we can grow like a weed
